We are one supplier in China and cooperated with Richard Steven (Hopper) Mckeating from April 2013-Sep 2014 for their Blood, Sweat & Fears and Candy Jam events in Australia related to nearly 10 kinds products.
About payment:
In 2013 by our first small order, he paid full funds before production, and then we cooperated more for Blood, Sweat & Fears started in May and Candy Jam events started in Sep, but each time the lead time and delivery time offered to us was much urgent, so we had to sent out all goods to them firstly in order not to affect their activities, and nearly half amounts of funds was paid after their events had finished in half or one month.
During all these cooperation, we always made any efforts to satisfy their requirments and always supplied great quality products to them. And we trusted they are one reputable company in Australia after several cooperation, so in the last orders, when they said their most funds could only get out after events finished and they must get all goods before events started. We had to use our own funds to finish all productions and shipped to them to reach their events.
After their event finished successfully, we contacted with them about the most part funds Several Times, and finally got two part payment in October, and still about $ 9000 AUD unpaid. During this period only got one email on 24th.Oct that they would email me when they paid the left money. But after that there is no any news or email from them, even we had called and emailed them MANY MANY TIMES. They just liked disappearance. Until now it had passed 6 months.
For that we had got really terrible influence due to lack of funds and big exchange rate loss. We are just one small team to do business, and all our funds had been used to pay factories and couriers for the customer Richard (Hopper) Mckeating’s events. These days our office was also stolen by someone, really had nearly desperate and really need to get back our money from that customer Richard Hopper Mckeating of bad faith from Australia.

This might be the last time we contact with you in private, our company had already contacted with one Lawyer from Chinese law firm in Australia, who are professional in dealing with Cross-border trade controversy between Australia and China.
The lawyer has much confidence to help us win the lawsuit, because they often handle some cases just like ours, and they said it was absolutely not a problem that we didn’t signed the valid contracts with you. And as they checked all records and all kinds of information we saved(sea ship documents, bank transferring records and so on) have been enough to be our important evidence.
Before filing the case, they must firstly check out all information about yours, And when the case start, they make sure any written notification or subpoena reaching you. And lawyer have the right to let her assistant check you or hire private detectives to get you even if you just disappeared, Of course this will need many fees, and according to their experience, all these fees will also be borne by you finally.
So all in all, you might pay much more than before, and if there is no any response from you after the subpoena sending to you within a certain period when we start the case, the lawyer said court would adjudge the lawsuit available and enforce the judgment. All fees you need to bear will be Arrears you owned to us before(about $ 8000), all our lawyers consultancy and investigation costs($250/hour-lawyer, $200/hour-assistant), and loss fees you made to our company due to large unpaid balance longtime. You will have to meet your personal credit crisis, which we also hope not to happen.
From the last year event to now, it has been nearly one year, even as you said how hard you were, you should have done something or made one payment plan to us in this long time. Obviously you just make this Fraud? We still want to inform you our plan firstly and still hope we could solve it in private, as Litigate will make much big bad influence to you and your family, waste both of us the time and money. I still think you might have your situation, but give us one promise, even paying us $1000 back each month we will also accept and cancel the litigate plan. Totally it’s all up to what you decide to do.
